Covid- 19: Latest Health & Safety Update
Following the global outbreak of Covid- 19, we are following government guidance on all our business activities, and the health, safety and well being of our customers, delegates and staff remain our number one priority.
In order to ensure that you can enjoy your training experience safely, effectively and comfortably, we have revised certain aspects of our Open Sales Masterclasses:
Maximum delegate numbers in our Master Classes and training events have been reduced to ensure the safety and well being of our delegates and staff.
We are only working with venues who are following strict protocols, in line with government guidelines, and have taken the necessary measures to ensure the enhanced safety of their guests.
Hand sanitisers will be provided for use on arrival and at various locations throughout the venue.
Additional measures that have been taken by our venues include; Enhanced cleaning and sanitising using certified products, social distancing measures, with signage designed to safely guide and direct guests around the venue, hotel staff who are under strict protocols including frequent hand washing and the use of appropriate protective equipment where necessary.
Most of our venues are also utilising non-contact temperature checks of guests on arrival, in addition to regular checks of their staff, to further ensure the safety of all guests and staff members.
Finally, we would like to remind you to be responsible, and not to come to any event if you or members of your household are unwell or displaying symptoms of COVID- 19.
